This is the reason I am a doula and a child birth educator. Being there to support families as they bring new life into the world is such a gift. Our journey together begins in your pregnancy where I support you to learn about how labour and birth unfolds, choices you will need to make and how to prepare your body for a more straight forward birth. We will plan for a blissful postpartum and ensure you are prepared and ready.
I can be with you for the entire length of your labour if you wish, unlike your midwives or OB who may come in and out of the birth room as they juggle other patients. That makes you feel much more supported.
After baby is born, I will nurture you at home as you ease into motherhood with a home cooked meal, breastfeeding support and baby settling.

From 2023 I will only be attending births at WCH (public, MGP, home birth), Calvary and private midwife home births.
