A beautiful prenatal yoga series created for busy women who just simply can’t get to a yoga class in studio or who prefer to practice in their own home.
This series is divided into a number of videos. The first is an introductory video explaining safety and modifications and how to use the videos. The second is a short video when you only have 10-15 minutes but want to move and stretch your body. If you have more time, add on the next two classes for a well rounded prenatal yoga class. The final video is actually an audio so make your self comfortable and enjoy a luscious pregnancy meditation.
